History

Erwin Wenzel became an entrepreneur in 1976, giving up a leading position in an established high-tech company to turn his passion, the automobile, into a career.

In 1980, he founded the Autohaus Wenzel GmbH, based, to this day, in Karl-Frowein-Straße 1-3 in Bonn.

Below you'll find a few impressions from the start-up phase, the early days, the beginning of what turned into a thriving car dealership with many happy customers not only in Germany, but worldwide.
